摘要
低温环境下喷射混凝土施工存在粘附性不强、回弹率高、强度增长缓慢等问题,在黄柏岭隧道等洞口高陡边坡及进洞段冬期施工中研究试用了外掺硅灰、钢纤维混泥土技术措施,解决了这一施工难题;在洛河大桥钢管拱C50自密实混凝土压注中应用了硅灰、粉煤灰、膨胀剂等活性材料,取得了较好效果,本文对其应用研究情况作一简要介绍,供参考。
In the low temperature environment, the construction of shotcrete has the problems of poor adhesion, high rebound rate and slow increase in strength, In the winter construction of the high steep slope and the entrance section of the Huangbailing tunnel, research and trial the technical measures about adding silica fume and steel fiber concrete, have been solved the problem. In the steel tube arch pressure injectioning C50 selfconcrete in the Luohe bridge, The active materials such as silica fume, fly ash, expansive agent and sticky modification have been applied, and good results have been obtained. This paper gives a brief introduction to the application of it for reference.
