摘要
本文主要依据GB 18582-2008 《室内装饰装修材料内墙涂料中有害物质限量》中的乙酰丙酮法对内墙涂料例如硅藻泥中游离甲醛含量进行测定,测量过程中主要使用旋转蒸发仪蒸馏,和国标中的蒸馏瓶、蛇形冷凝管、馏分接收器以及加热套这一套蒸馏装置进行了部分功能的对比。其优点为操作方便快捷,温度稳定,结果稳定,差异性小,可利用。
This article is based on the determination of free formaldehyde content in internal wall coatings, such as diatom mud, based on the acetone acetone method in GB 18582-2008 ＂interior decoration materials inside wall coatings. ＂the main use of the rotary evaporator distillation, the distillation bottle in the national standard, the snake condensing tube, and the fraction connection in the national standard. Some functions of the receiver and heating sleeve are compared. Its advantages are quick and convenient operation, stable temperature, stable result, little difference and availability.
