改良肌内注射法联合光热治疗仪对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结的预防

Prevention of modified intramuscular injection method combined with photothermal therapy apparatus for induration induced by intramuscular injection of papaverine

目的研究改良肌内注射法联合光热治疗仪对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结的预防作用。方法 84例肌内注射罂粟碱的患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。研究组给予提捏进针加缓慢注射的方法进行肌内注射,每次注射后5 min,予以光热治疗仪照射注射部位15 min;对照组采用常规肌内注射法。治疗10 d后对两组患者硬结(红肿)发生情况进行统计比较。结果 84例患者因住院未达到6 d 7例,其中研究组4例,对照组3例;其余77例完成治疗,最终纳入研究,对照组39例、研究组38例。研究组患者硬结(红肿)发生率34.21%(13/38)显著低于对照组的58.97%(23/39),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良肌内注射法联合光热治疗仪对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结(红肿)有预防作用。

Objective To study the preventive effect of modified intramuscular injection method combined with photothermal therapy apparatus for induration induced by intramuscular injection of papaverine. Methods A total of 84 patients with intramuscular injection of papaverine were randomly divided into research group and control group, 42 cases in each group. Patients in the research group were given intramuscular injection with pinching and slow injection. After 5 min of each injection, the injection site was irradiated with photothermal therapy apparatus for 15 min. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional intramuscular injection method. After 10 d of treatment, the incidence of induration （red and swollen） between the two groups was carried out statistics and compared. Results In 84 patients, 7 cases were not hospitalized for 6 days, included the research group for 4 cases, the control group for 3 cases; the remaining 77 cases completed treatment, eventually included in the study, the control group for 39 cases and the research group for 38 cases. The incidence of induration （red and swollen） in the research group was 34.21% （13/38）, which was significantly lower than 58.97% （23/39） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified intramuscular injection method combined with photothermal therapy apparatus has preventive effect on induration （red and swollen） induced by intramuscular injection of papaverine.
