分析麻醉深度监测在老年全麻患者恢复期的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨麻醉深度监测在老年全身麻醉(全麻)患者恢复期的应用价值。方法 50例老年全麻患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组每隔5 min唤醒1次,达到拔管指征后拔管;观察组行麻醉深度监测。比较两组患者拔管时间、拔管时脑电双频指数(BIS)、各项生命体征和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者拔管时间(29.33±2.44)min长于对照组的(24.69±2.76)min,拔管时BIS值(96.11±3.46)大于对照组的(88.64±3.32),差异有统计学意义(t=6.298、7.789,P<0.05);两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.702、0.418,P>0.05)。观察组患者呼吸遗忘、低血氧症发生率分别为12.00%、8.00%,均低于对照组的36.00%、32.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.947、4.500,P<0.05)。结论针对老年全麻患者,麻醉恢复期行麻醉深度监测意义重大,患者各项生命体征平稳,并可降低并发症发生率,值得广泛推广。
