摘要
三维斑点追踪成像技术(3D-STI)是随着超声诊断不断发展而产生的一项新的检查技术,能够实时跟踪三维空间内心肌回声斑点运动,定量评价心肌功能,包括心肌整体和局部的收缩、舒张功能及扭转运动等。现将3D-STI在心肌功能方面的研究进展做一综述。
Three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (3D-STI) is a new inspection technology of ultrasound diagnosis with the continuous development This technology, can track the motion of myocardial echo spots in three-dimensional space in real time and quantitatively evaluate myocardial function, including myocardial global and local systolic, diastolic function and torsional motion. The research progress on myocardial function of 3D-STI is reviewed as follows.
