摘要
新生儿期是胎儿型循环过渡到成人型循环的重要时期,准确的评估心脏结构及血流动力学状况,对临床至关重要。越来越多的新生儿科医生在治疗患有心脏疾病的新生儿时,应用超声心动图技术进行治疗前后评估及动态随访观察。早产儿可在出生后24~48h内发生不同比例和程度的肺动脉高压,超声心动图的改变比临床症状出现早1~4h,能较准确地反映并估测肺动脉压力。本文主要阐述了超声心动图在新生儿动脉导管未闭、卵圆孔未闭、肺动脉高压、常见的非动脉导管依赖型先心病及危重导管依赖型先心病中的应用进展。
Neonatal period is an important period of transition from fetal circulation to adult cycle, accurate assessment of cardiac structure and hemodynamic status, is of vital importance to the clinical. More and more newborn pediatricians in the treatment of newborns with heart disease, the application of echocardiography evaluation and dynamic follow-up observationbefore and after treatment. Preterm infants can occur within 24-48 h after birth in different proportions and degrees of pulmonary hypertension, echocardiographic changes than clinical symptoms appear1-4h, can more accurately reflect and estimate the pulmonary artery pressure. In this article,the progress in the application of echocardiography in neonatal patent ductusarteriosus, patent foramen ovale, pulmonary hypertension, common non duetal dependent congenital heart disease and critical ductal-dependent congenital heart disease are mainly described.
