以奥马哈理论为基础的护理实践在癫痫患者出院随访中的应用

Nursing practice based on Omaha theory in the follow-up of discharged patients with epilepsy

目的:探讨以奥马哈理论为基础的护理实践在癫痫患者出院随访中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年8月出院的癫痫患者102例,随机分为对照组和研究组各51例,对照组给予常规的出院随访,研究组依据奥马哈系统进行全面的护理评估、系统分析、制定护理干预措施并予以实施。比较两组患者干预前、干预后3个月服药依从性、健康状况及生活质量的差异。结果:干预后,研究组对疾病知识掌握情况、服药依从性优于对照组(P <0. 05);干预后,对照组患者在对疾病的担忧、社会功能两方面差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),而干预后观察组患者QOLIE-31量表各项得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:以奥马哈系统为基础的护理实践可以有效提高癫痫患者的疾病知识水平以及服药依从性,改善患者的躯体健康状况,可提高患者生活质量,在临床工作中值得推广。

Objective： To explore the application of nursing practice based on Omaha theory in the follow-up of discharged patients with epilepsy. Methods： A total of 102 patients with epilepsy who were discharged from hospital during June 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control group and study group（ n = 51）. The control group was given regular follow-up. The study group was conducted a comprehensive nursing assessment,systematic analysis and development of nursing interventions based on the Omaha system. The differences in medication compliance,health status and quality of life before intervention and 3 months after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results： After the intervention,the observation group had better understanding of the disease and medication compliance than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the intervention,the two groups had statistically significant differences in the aspects of concerning the disease and social function（ P〈0. 05）.However,the score of QOLIE-31 in the observation group was better than that in the control group after intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Nursing practice based on the Omaha system can effectively improve the knowledge of disease and drug compliance of patients with epilepsy,and also can ameliorate the physical health status of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
