Effect of family-centered empowerment education on glycemic control in gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨以家庭为中心的赋能教育对妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇血糖控制情况的影响。方法:将176名符合纳排标准的妊娠期糖尿病产妇随机分为观察组和实验组,对照组采用传统的"蜜糖妈咪课堂"集中授课进行健康教育,观察组采用以家庭为中心的赋能教育进行健康教育,比较两组产妇血糖控制情况。结果:两组产妇血糖控制情况及自我护理能力比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:以家庭为中心的赋能教育模式进有助于改善产妇血糖控制情况,提高自我护理能力。 Objective: To explore the effect of family-centered empowerment education on glycemic control in gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: 176 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who meet the criteria for breast-feeding were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group. The control group joined the traditional "Honey Mommy Class"to receive health education. The experimental group adopted a family-centered empowerment education. Health education was conducted to compare the maternal blood glucose control between the two groups. Results: After the intervention,the glycemic control and self-care ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusions: Family-centered empowerment education can help improve glycemic control and self-care ability.
