奥氮平联合昂丹司琼预防高致吐性化疗致延迟性恶心、呕吐的有效性及安全性

Effectiveness and safety of olanzapine combined with ondansetron in preventing delayed nausea and vomiting induced by high emetic risk chemotherapy

目的探讨奥氮平联合昂丹司琼预防高致吐性化疗致延迟性恶心、呕吐的有效性及安全性。方法将76例结肠癌术后化疗患者随机均分为奥氮平联合昂丹司琼组(A组)和昂丹司琼组(B组),比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 A组无延迟性恶心、呕吐患者比例高于B组(92.11%vs.68.42%、89.47%vs.60.53%)(P<0.05)。与B组相比,A组化疗2、3、5d的恶心和呕吐积分降低[(2.02±0.39)分vs.(2.55±0.42)分、(1.58±0.56)分vs.(2.14±0.45)分、(1.12±0.47)分vs.(1.83±0.51)分](P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论奥氮平联合昂丹司琼在预防高致吐性化疗致延迟性恶心、呕吐安全、有效,不会增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of olanzapine combined with ondansetron in the prevention of delayed nausea and vomiting induced by high emetic risk chemotherapy.Methods Seventy-six patients underwent postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer were treated with olanzapine plus ondansetron（group A,38 cases）or with ondansetron alone（group B,38 cases）.The clinical outcomes were compared between two groups.Results The percentages of patients without delayed nausea and vomiting in group A were higher than those in group B（92.11%vs.68.42% and 89.47% vs.60.53%）（P〈0.05）.Compared with group B,the scores of nausea and vomiting on the 2 nd,3 rd and 5 th day after chemotherapy were decreased in group A [（2.02±0.39）points vs.（2.55±0.42）points,（1.58±0.56）points vs.（2.14±0.45）points and（1.12±0.47）points vs.（1.83±0.51）points]（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse responses between groups of A and B（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Olanzapine combined with ondansetron is safe and effective in preventing delayed nausea and vomiting induced by high emetic risk chemotherapy and does not increase the incidence of adverse responses.
