稽留流产孕妇胚胎染色体及影响因素分析

An analysis of embryo chromosome and influence factors in pregnant women with missed abortion

目的分析稽留流产孕妇胚胎染色体及影响因素。方法采用下一代测序技术检测确诊稽留流产孕妇(观察组,140例)和正常妊娠孕妇(对照组,140例)胚胎染色体,分析稽留流产的影响因素。结果 140例稽留流产的胚胎绒毛染色体中,81例(57.86%)异常;其中,染色体数目异常者69例(85.19%),结构异常者12例(14.81%)。观察组高龄、感染、内分泌异常、不良习惯和长期处于污染环境中的孕妇比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论稽留流产发生的主要原因为胚胎染色体异常。年龄、孕期感染、内分泌异常、不良习惯和环境污染等因素可能是稽留流产发生的相关因素。

Objective To analyze the embryo chromosome and influence factors in pregnant women with missed abortion.Methods With next-generation sequencing technuique,the embryo chromosome was detected in 140 pregnant women with a confirmed diagnosis of missed abortion（group A）and 140 cases with normal pregnancy（group B）.The factors related to missed abortion were analyzed.Results Of 140 cases with missed abortion,the choromosomal abnormalities were found in 81 cases（57.86%）,which included the number abnormality of embryo chromosome in 69 cases（85.19%）and the structural abnormality of embryo chromosome in 12 cases（14.81%）.The ratio of pregnant women was higher in group A with high age,infection,endocrine abnormalities,bad habits and living in the environment with pollution for a long time than that in group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The embryo chromosome abnormality is the main factor for missed abortion.The age,infection during pregnancy,endocrine abnormalities,bad habits,and living in the environment with pollution may be the factors related to the chromosome abnormality.
