细胞肿大虹彩病毒的研究现状

Research status in Megalocytivirus

细胞肿大虹彩病毒（Megalocytivirus）是目前发现的危害鱼类健康的重要病毒性病原,该属病毒广泛分布于日本、韩国、中国、泰国等东南亚许多亚洲国家和地区的近百种淡水、海水鱼类中,致使感染鱼类出现大面积死亡,给水产养殖者造成重大经济损失。文章综述了近年来国内外对细胞肿大虹彩病毒的研究现状,主要对该病毒的流行病学研究、检测方法、疫苗免疫研究方面取得的成果进行综述,并对其今后的研究趋势进行展望。

Megalocytivirus is an important viral pathogen that endangers the health of fish. At present,the virus of this genus is widely distributed in nearly 100 species of freshwater and marine fish in many Asian countries and regions,such as Japan,South Korea,China,Thailand,and so on,resulting in a large number of deaths of infected fish. So it has caused great economic losses to the aquaculture industry. In this paper,the current progress of research on cytosolic Megalocytivirus at home and abroad is reviewed,including the epidemiology,detection methods and vaccine immunity of Megalocytivirus. Finally,the tendency of the future study on Megalocytivirus was also prospected.
