口服甲磺酸溴隐亭片对就巢期伊犁鹅生殖激素变化及卵巢发育情况的影响

摘要 为了研究甲磺酸溴隐亭片对就巢期伊犁鹅生殖激素及卵巢发育情况的影响,试验将18只就巢期伊犁鹅分为试验组、对照组、生理盐水组,每组6只,试验组口服外源性激素(甲磺酸溴隐亭片),生理盐水组肌注生理盐水1.00 m L/只,对照组不处理,测定促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、催乳素(PRL)、促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)及孕酮(P4)浓度,观测卵巢形态、显微结构变化,探讨甲磺酸溴隐亭片对伊犁鹅生殖激素水平及卵巢功能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验结束时口服甲磺酸溴隐亭片使就巢期伊犁鹅PRL浓度极显著下降(P〈0.01),FSH浓度极显著上升(P〈0.01),对卵巢及其各级卵泡的发育起到显著促进作用。说明口服甲磺酸溴隐亭片对就巢期伊犁鹅生殖激素水平有一定影响,对卵巢发育有一定的改善作用。 The aim of the preseny study was to investigate the effects of bromocriptine mesylate tablets on reproductive hormones and ovarian development of broodiness Yili goose. The broodiness Yili goose were treated by oral administration of exogenous hormones( bromocriptine mesylate tablets). 18 broodiness Yili goose were selected in the test.They were divided into 3 groups of 6 goose each,including experimental group,control group and saline group. The experimental group received oral exogenous hormone( bromocriptine mesylate),and the saline group received intramuscular saline 1.00 m L/only. The control group did not treat it. Then the concentrations of gonadotropin releasing hormone( GnRH),prolactin( PRL),follicle stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH),estradiol( E2) and progesterone( P4) were measured,and the morphology and microstructure of ovary were observed. The effects of the drug on the reproductive hormone level and ovarian function of Yili goose were investigated. The results showed that compared with the control group,bromocriptine mesylate tablets significantly decreased the level of PRL in the broodiness Yili goose( P0. 01) and increased the level of FSH significantly( P0. 01),and played a significant role in promoting the development of the ovaries and their follicles. The results indicated that oral bromocriptine mesylate tablets had a certain effect on the reproductive hormone level of broodiness Yili goose and could improve the ovarian development.
