We, around 80 delegates from member states,observer states and dialogue partners of theShanghai Cooperation Organization （hereinafterreferred to as SCO）, gathered in Xi＇an, Chinaon April 9-10, 2018 to attend the First ShanghaiCooperation Organization People＇s Forumco-organized by China NGO Network forInternational Exchanges （CNIE） and the People＇sGovernment of Shaanxi Province and heldcandid and in-depth discussions on the theme of＂Promoting Regional Peace and Cooperation.
