武陵山片区医院MRSA检出率及耐药性研究

Study on detection rate and drug resistance of MRSA in hospitals in Wuling Mountain Area

目的从武陵山片区医院的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)中检出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA),研究MRSA的检出率和耐药性,为武陵山片区医院临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法样本的鉴定和药敏试验分别应用革兰阳性菌鉴定及药敏板(PC33)在Micro Scan Walkaway 96全自动微生物分析系统上进行,药敏试验采用稀释肉汤法。结果在所检测的样品中共检测出134株MSSA,检出率1. 29%。采集这134份样品,在这134株MSSA中,检出MRSA 64株,检出率47. 76%。药敏试验表明MRSA对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁、蛇菰、复方新诺明氯霉素等的耐药性较弱。结论武陵山片区医院MRSA检出率较高,对抗菌药物呈多重耐药性。建议加强对抗菌药物的管控,临床医师应根据药敏试验结果合理选择抗生素。

Objective To study the detection rate and drug resistance of MRSA in Wuling Mountain Area Hospital,so as to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics in hospitals. Methods The Gram-positive bacteria identification method and drug sensitive plate（ PC33） were used to identify the sample and the drug sensitivity test in the automatic microbial strain identification instrument（ Micro Scan walk Away-96）. The sensitivity test was carried out by micro broth dilution method.Results 134 strains of MSSA were detected in the sample,and the detection rate was 1. 29%. 64 of 134 strains of MSSA were MRSA,and the detection rate of MRSA was 47. 76%. The drug sensitivity test showed that MRSA had less resistance to linezolid,teicoplanin,vancomycin,chloramphenicol and Balanophora. Conclusion The detection rate of MRSA in Wuling mountain area hospital was high,and showed multiple resistance. It is suggested to strengthen the management and control of antimicrobial agents and rationally choose antibiotics according to the results of drug sensitivity test.
