摘要
基于1978-2018年我国国有企业工资分配改革的重要史实,从改革开放初期的扩大企业经营自主权、确立"承包经营"和"工效挂钩"、探索建立现代企业制度、形成新国资监管体系以及全面深化工资分配改革等五个阶段,回顾和评价国有企业工资分配改革的制度变迁和政策演变,为全面深化国有企业工资决定机制改革提供解读参考。
Based on the important historical facts, we analyzed the five periods of wage distribution reform in the state-owned enterprise in China from 1978 to 2018, such as the decentralization of power and transfer of profits, contract management and payment by performance, modem enterprise system, total salary budget management and the new era of comprehensively deepening the Reform. It will be helpful for the wage distribution reform of stateowned enterprises in the future by reviewing the wage institutional change and policy evolution.
