摘要
以广西南宁市郊区2 a生灰木莲Magnoliaceae glanca优树的当年生枝条作为插条,初步探索灰木莲扦插生根方法。结果表明:选择直径范围7.1~8.5 mm的灰木莲插条利于生根,在植富1 000 mg·L^(-1)生根剂中浸泡2 h,保存率可达63%、生根率达32%、平均根长达5.7 cm、平均每株生根数达5.7条。
In the Guangxi suburb of Nanning biennial Magnoliaceae glanca shoots as cuttings,rooting and preliminary exploration of Magnoliaceae glauca cutting method. The results show that the diameter range of 7. 1 ~ 8. 5 mm for rooting in cuttings of Magnoliaceae glauca,Zhifu 1000 mg·L^(-1) rooting agent for 2 h,the preservation rate of up to 63%,the rooting rate reached 32%,the average root length is 5. 7 cm,the average root number of each plant reached 5. 7.
