摘要
京津冀是一个水资源短缺的地区,随着城市化、工业化进程的加快,这一矛盾是益严重。通过实施远距离、跨流域调水是解决这一矛盾的途径之一。作为远距离调水不可或缺的泵站因其自动化水平低、成为耗能大户。而节能减排已是我国的基本国策,泵站作为耗电大户节能潜力巨大,泵站节能运行的系统研究、开发和应用有着广阔的前景和应用空间。本系统拟在采集海量泵站运行数据的基础上,建立以前池水位、后池水位、叶片角度、流量、即时功率为数据进行存储的数据库。通过海量数据分析,试图利用泵站节能运行系统找出上述因素之间的线性规律,使泵站在完成某特定任务时能运行在最节能的状态。从而实现节约能源,保护环境,降低输水成本的目的。
Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is a region with shortage of water resources. With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,this contradiction is very serious. It is one of the ways to solve this contradiction through the implementation of long distance and trans basin water diversion. As an indispensable pump station for long distance water diversion,it has become a big energy consumer because of its low level of automation. Energy saving and emission reduction is the basic national policy of our country.Pumping station is a huge power consumption potential. The energy saving operation of pumping station has wide prospects and application space. The system is based on collecting the operation data of massive pumping stations,and establishes a database for data storage in the former pool level,back pool water level,blade angle,flow rate and instant power. Through massive data analysis,we try to find out the linear rule between the above factors by using the pumping station energy saving operation system,so that the pump station can run in the most energy saving state when completing a specific task. Thus,the purpose of saving energy,protecting the environment and reducing the cost of water transportation is realized.
