General Design of 1800t/60m Launching Gantry

1800t/60m架桥机是根据科威特海湾大桥1 800 t整孔预制箱梁的施工特点及要求而设计的,已经在现场成功使用。该架桥机的成功研制,刷新了架桥机施工的新记录,填补了大吨位双幅并置箱梁架桥机的国内空白,替代进口产品,打破国外产品的垄断。本文介绍了架桥机的主要结构、起升系统、动力系统、液压及电气系统和安全监控系统等,对大吨位及大跨度架桥机的设计有一定的参考价值。

The 1800t/60m launching gantry is designed according to the construction characteristics and requirements of 1 800 t full span prefabricated box girder in Kuwait Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabab Causeway Project, and has been used successfully in the project mentioned above. Its design and application made a new record in the using of launching gantry in construction, which made up the national blank of large tonnage launching gantry erecting double box girder. This kind of launching gantry replaced the import of similar equipment and broke up the monopoly of foreign brand in China. The thesis introduced the gantry of its main structure, lifting system, power system, hydraulic system, electrical system as well as security monitoring system, which was worthy of reference in the design of launching gantry with large load capacity and large span.
