摘要
在尼日利亚基础设施建设过程中能够被当地联邦政府接受的往往是英标或欧标,阿卡铁路项目的成功实施倒逼了若干中国标准的输出。本文针对尼日利亚阿卡铁路实施过程中的5个典型技术标准差异性案例进行了剖析和总结,分析了中欧技术标准中的概念差异和理论依据,为尼日利亚今后类似工程项目技术谈判提供借鉴。
The technical standards of British or European are often accepted by Federal Government of Nigeria in the local infrastructure construction. Several Chinese technical standards are exported to he accepted by local government based on the successful implementation of Abuja-Kaduna railway project in Nigeria. This paper analyzed and summarized the differences in Chinese-European technical standards through the five typical cases during the construction of Abuja-Kaduna railway project. In addition, it analyzed the concept differences and theoretical basis in Chinese-European technical standards of railway subgrade engineering, aiming at providing references for Nigeria's similar engineering projects in the future.
