摘要
阜阳市向阳路颍河大桥主桥机动车道采用树脂沥青组合钢桥面铺装,其典型结构为环氧粘结碎石(EBCL)防水抗滑粘结层+树脂沥青混凝土(RA08)铺装下层+高粘沥青玛蹄脂碎石混合料(SMA13)铺装上层的组合结构构造,采用多次设计,各层功能明确。结合工程施工实例,综合介绍树脂沥青组合钢桥面铺装结构设计的原理、特点及主要材料性能指标,总结施工工法及质量控制要点,提出施工质量检验评定标准和要求,以为类似工程施工及应用提供参考。
The main bridge motor lane of Ying River Bridge on Fuyang Xiangyang Road adopts resin asphalt composite steel bridge deck pavement technology. Its typical structure is the combination structure of epoxy bonded gravel (EBCL) waterproof anti slide bonding layer + resin asphalt concrete ( RA08 ) paving lower layer + high viscosity asphalt macadam mixture (SMA13). Many designs have been made and the functions of each layer are clear. Combined with engineering construction examples, the principle, characteristics and main material performance indexes on the structural design of resin asphalt composite steel bridge deck pavement are introduced. The main points of construction method and quality control are summarized, and the evaluation criteria and requirements of construction quality are put forward to provide reference for the construction and application of similar projects.
