摘要 以资阳沱江多线特大桥现浇道岔梁为工程依托,介绍了梁柱式支架体系在复杂条件下的应用情况。在施工中解决了大跨度、高净空、截面复杂、地质条件差、跨公路及地下管线等诸多技术难题,优化了变截面道岔梁梁柱式支架体系,研发了可调钢楔新型落架设备,改进了滑移侧模,提出了反光片及高精度测量仪器配合使用的支架预压观测方法,从而提高了工效,节约了施工成本,对类似工程施工具有借鉴意义。 Based on the project of cast-in-place turnout beam of Ziyang Tuojiang multiple line great bridge, the application of beam-column type support system under complex conditions was introduced. During the construction, many technical problems such as large span, high clearance, complex section, poor geological conditions, crossing highway and underground pipelines were solved. In addition, the beam-column type support of variable section turnout beam was optimized, a new type of dismantling equipment for adjustable steel wedge was developed to improve sliding side formwork. Then a preloading observation method for the support of the reflector and the high precision measuring instrument was proposed, thus raising the work efficiency and saving the construction cost. It could be an important reference for other similar projects.
