软土富水地区矩形过街地道盾构顶管法施工关键技术

Key Technology of Shield Pipe Jacking Method for Rectangular Pedestrian Tunnel in Soft Soil Water-rich Area

以杭州市大学路～庆春路矩形断面过街人行地道工程为例,首先介绍了工程概况、盾构顶管法的特点以及关键工艺流程;紧接着对进出洞口加固与止水、盾构机的顶进施工、同步注浆和二次注浆、置换注浆、监控量测等施工关键技术做了阐述;最后提出了施工过程中应注意的问题。工程实践表明,在软土富水地区,矩形断面过街地道采用的盾构顶管法施工技术是成功的,可为类似工程提供参考。

Taking the pedestrian crossing project of the rectangular section from Hangzhou University Road to Qingchun Road as an example, the article first introduced the general situation of the project, the characteristics of the shield jacking method and the key process flow, and then expounded the key construction technologies, including the reinforcement and water stopping at the entrance of the tunnel, the jacking construction of the shield machine, the synchronous grouting and the secondary grouting, the replacement grouting, the monitoring measurement and so on. Finally, the problems that should be paid attention to in the construction process were put forward. The engineering practice shows that in the soft soil water- rich area, the shield pipe jacking method used in the rectangular cross-section pedestrian tunnel is successful, and can provide reference for similar projects.
