健脾柔肝活血通络方逆转肝纤维化的临床研究

Clinical Study on Reversion Effect of Jianpi Rougan Huoxue Tongluo Fang( 健脾柔肝活血通络方) on Liver Fibrosis

目的:观察健脾柔肝活血通络方抗肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将72例肝纤维化患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组以健脾柔肝活血通络方治疗,对照组以复方鳖甲软肝片治疗,2组疗程均为6个月。治疗6个月后评价临床疗效,并观察治疗前后2组患者血清肝纤维化指标变化。结果:观察组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,2组疗效比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。健脾柔肝活血通络方可明显改善患者的血清肝纤维化指标,效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾柔肝活血通络方具有逆转肝纤维化作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Rougan Huoxue Tongluo Fang in the treatment of Liver fibrosis. Methods：72 cases of patients with liver fibrosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group with 36 cases was treated with Jianpi Rougan Huoxue Tongluo Fang,and the left 36 cases in the control group was treated with Fufang Biejia Ruangan Pian,both the treatments were last for 6 months. The serum liver fibrosis indexes of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate of Jianpi Rougan Huoxue Tongluo Fang was 88. 9%,that was better than that of control group（66. 7%）,the difference of the two groups was significant（ P〈0. 01）. Serum hepatic fibrosis indexes of liver fibrosis patients were improved after treatment,the effects of observation group were more significant than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Jianpi Rougan Huoxue Tongluo Fang has obviously reversion effect on liver fibrosis.
