黄连等6味中草药对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌的抑菌作用研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察黄连等6味中草药对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:选用黄连、黄柏、黄芩、白头翁、千里光和金银花6味中草药,采用水煎法和醇提法来提取其有效成分,采用K-B法进行测定上述6味中草药两种提取物对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌的体外抑菌作用。结果:菌液浓度为1.0 g/L时,6味种草药均有一定的抑菌作用;而菌液浓度在0.5、0.25 g/L时药物的抑菌效果更明显,其中以黄连、黄芩的抑菌作用最为显著。结论:6味中草药均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中黄连、黄芩水煎法和醇提法提取物对耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌的抑菌作用显著。 Objective: Observing the bacteriostatic effect of 6 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines such as Rhizoma Coptidis on the antibiotic resistance Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods:Selecting 6 kinds of herbs,Coptis,Scutellaria,Phellodendron,Pulsatilla,Senecio and Honeysuckle,extracting the effective components of their water and ethanol extraction,the bacteriostatic effect of 6 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines water and ethanol extraction on antibiotic resistance Acinetobacter baumannii was determined by K-B method. Results:In the concentration of bacteria at 1. 0 g/L 6 kinds of medicine showed inhibitory effect at varying degrees and the concentration of bacteria at 0. 5 and 0. 25 g/L,the inhibitory effect was moresignificant,the effect of Coptis,Scutellaria was the most significant. Conclusion: 6 Kinds of Chinese herbal medicines extracts have bacteriostatic effect on antibiotic resistance Acinetobacter baumannii,the effect of Coptis and Scutellaria was the most.
