摘要
目的:骨性关节楚是一种慢性、退行性骨关节病,通过对门诊注射关节改善液患者6个月后的WOMAC和AIMS2-sF评分来判断电话随访指导对于患者自我管理的价值。方法:按照随机对照的方法将2016年12月~2017年4月在我院门诊注射关节改善液的骨性关节炎患者共计124人分为电话随访指导组和普通自我管理组,通过6个月后的WOMAC和AIMs2-SF评分来判断电话随访指导对于患者自我管理的效果。结果:相对于仅按照我院制定的骨性关节炎患者自我管理手册进行自我管理的患者,电话随访指导组的患者WOMAC和AIMs2-SF评分均取得较好的恢复。结论:电话随访指导门诊注射关节改善液患者的自我管理能够更好的帮助门诊注射关节改善液患者进行骨关节功能恢复,且电话随访指导门诊注射关节改善液患者自我管理不需要投入过高的人力、物力和财力,值得临床推广。
Objective: Osteoarthritis is a chronic, degenerative disease. Using the WOMAC and AIMS2 - SF scores of out - patient patients who inject joint improvement fluid 6 months later to determine the value of telephone guidance for self - management of patients. Methods: From December 2016 to April 2017, 124 patients with osteoarthritis who were injected with joint improvement fluid in our hos- pital outpatient were divided into telephone guidance group and general self - management group. The effect of telephone guidance on pa- tient self - management was evaluated by WOMAC and AIMS2 - SF scores after 6 months. Results : The WOMAC and AIMS2 - SF scores of patients in the telephone guidance group were better than those who only managed themselves according to the manual of self - manage- ment of patients with osteoarthritis developed by our hospital. Conclusion: Telephone follow - up guidance could help the patients with joint improvement fluid to recover the function. Moreover, telephone follow - up guidance the self- management of the patients with joint improvement fluid injection in the out - patient department was not required to invest too much manpower, material and financial re- sources, it should be worth popularizing in clinic.
