摘要
通过紫外光引发自由基聚合制备了聚丙烯酸钠-聚乙烯亚胺/聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶P(AAS-EI)/PAM,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和拉力测试对水凝胶性能进行分析表征。结果表明:引入PEI可以有效提高水凝胶的断裂强度和断裂伸长率,高分子量的PEI对水凝胶的增强作用更加明显。其杨氏模量与拉伸强度可达1.41MPa和0.72MPa,因此该水凝胶材料在生物材料领域具有很好的应用价值。
In this paper,polyethyleneimin(PEI) was introduced into polyacrylate sodium(PAAS)/polyacrylamide(PAM) hydrogels.The concentration and molecular weight of PEI in term of improving mechanical performance were investigated.With introduction of PEI,fracture stress and elongation for hydrogels have been effectively improved.The Young's modulus and tensile strength up to 1.41 MPa and 0.72 MPa Besides,elongation of hydrogels were significantly enhanced by higher molecular weight PEI than lower molecular weight.Hence,the hydrogels in this work could be a good substitution in some biomaterials for practical applications.
