热塑性淀粉基改性复合材料制备及性能研究

摘要 以木薯淀粉为原料,甘油为塑化剂,制备热塑性淀粉(TPS);以六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)和聚己内酯(PCL)作为TPS的疏水改性剂,制备了改性热塑性淀粉复合材料。并对复合材料的耐水性能以及力学性能进行了表征。结果显示:当SHMP含量达到10phr时加入聚己内酯,样品的拉伸强度达到最大值,而含水率和断裂伸长率达到最小值。 Thermoplastic starch(TPS) was prepared from cassava starch and glycerol as plasticizer,and modified thermoplastic starch composite was prepared by using sodium hypophosphite(SHMP) and polycaprolactone(PCL) as TPS hydrophobic modifier.The water resistance and mechanical properties of the composites were also characterized.The results show that polycaprolactone was added when the SHMP content reaches 10 phr,the tensile strength of the sample reaches the maximum while the water content and elongation at break reach the minimum.
