摘要
本文以大豆油(SBO)为原料,采用过氧甲酸氧化法制备了不同环氧值的环氧大豆油(ESO);分别用丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸对ESO进行开环反应制备丙烯酸化环氧大豆油。分别测定了大豆油及环氧大豆油的环氧值和碘值以及环氧大豆油丙烯酸化反应前后的酸值,并用红外光谱对产物进行表征。结果表明:通过控制大豆油、甲酸和双氧水的比例可以制备出不同环氧值的环氧大豆油;丙烯酸比甲基丙烯酸更容易开环环氧大豆油。
In this paper,a series of epoxidized soybean oil with different epoxyvalue was prepared by performic acid oxidation method with soybean oil as raw material.Acrylated epoxidized soybean oil was prepared by ring opening reaction of ESO with acrylic acid and methacrylic acid respectively.The epoxy value and iodine value of soybean oil and epoxidized soybean oil,the acid value before and after acrylicization of epoxiidized soybean oil were determined respectively.The products were characterized by FTIR.The results showed that epoxidized soybean oil with different epoxy values could be prepared by controlling the proportion of soybean oil,formic acid and hydrogen peroxide;acrylic acid is easier to open epoxidized soybean oil than methacrylic acid.
