中药下调COX-2蛋白表达治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究概况

Research Situation of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated with Chinese Medicine Down-Regulation of COX-2 Protein Expression

慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统常见病,目前认为其是胃癌前状态;伴肠上皮化生及不典型增生者更可能向癌变发展。COX-2蛋白的表达在胃黏膜炎性反应及癌变的过程中扮演着重要角色,研究发现中药能有效抑制其表达从而阻止萎缩性胃炎进一步向癌症转化。对中药复方及单味中药抑制COX-2蛋白表达治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究进行综述,以期指导临床与科学研究。

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease of digestive system. It is considered to be the precancerous state of gastric cancer,and intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia are more likely to develop into cancer. The expression of COX-2 protein plays an important role in the process of inflammation and carcinogenesis of gastric mucosa. The study has found that Chinese medicine can effectively inhibit the expression of atrophic gastritis to prevent further transformation to cancer. Therefore,this article reviewed the research on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine compound and single traditional Chinese medicine to inhibit the expression of COX-2 protein,so as to guide clinical and scientific research.
