摘要
目的:在前期研究清热凉血方与益气活血方辨治寻常型银屑病血热证、血瘀证良好临床基础上,采用集对分析的同异反分析两种治法的异同并优选药物。方法:将血热组内服清热凉血方视作集合A;血瘀组内服益气活血方视作集合B。集合A与集合B组成集对H(A,B),从定性与定量两个角度计算联系数势值比较两种治法的异同,并优选药物。结果:定性角度shiμ(A,B)=0. 75 〈1;定量角度shiμ(A,B)=0. 667 〈1。凉血法和活血法的侧重点难以在系统意义上作趋同看待,优选药物为丹参、菝葜。结论:借助于集对分析的同异反分析,从定性描述及定量计算分析不同治法的同一度及对立度,并得出优选药物。
Objective: To study the similarities and differences between the two methods of syndrome differentiation and analysis of the same type of anti-syndromes,And preferably a medicament. Methods: The bloodheat group was treated as a a set of A. The blood stasis group was as the set B. A and B formed the set H. From the qualitative and quantitative calculation,the relationship between the number of potential values of the two similarities and differences in treatmentand the best drugs were compared. Results: The qualitative angle shiμ( A,B) = 0. 75〈1. Quantitative angle shiμ(A,B) = 0. 667 〈1. Cooling blood and activating blood circulation method of the focus was difficult to make a systematic sense and the best drugs were Salvia and Smilax. Conclusion: By means of the pairwise analysis,the qualitative and quantitative analysis,the different governance law of the same degree and the degree of alignment were studied and derived the preferred drugs.
