复明片和活血明目片治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑部脉络膜厚度变化趋势的比较研究

Comparative Study on Fuming Tabletsand Huoxue Mingmu Tablets Affecting Change Trend of Macular Choroidal Thickness of Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的：对复明片和活血明目片治疗影响糖尿病性视网膜病变患者黄斑部脉络膜厚度的变化趋势进行比较研究。方法：糖尿病性视网膜病变患者60例,分为复明片组和活血明目片组和对照组,每组20例,3组都进行降血糖联合视网膜激光光凝术治疗。在此基础上复明片组和活血明目片组分别口服复明片和活血明目片进行治疗。对病人治疗前以及治疗后黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度进行记录,同时对病人黄斑区视网膜神经上皮厚度和最佳矫正视力进行记录,对黄斑区视网膜神经上皮厚度、黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度、最佳矫正视力的改变情况进行比较分析,比较各组病人的鼻侧睫状后动脉的血流动力学参数以及两组患者治疗后的疗效。结果：复明片组和活血明目片组治疗后,黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度以及黄斑区视网膜神经上皮厚度与对照组进行比较,都有所下降,但活血明目片组的厚度更低。最佳矫正视力与对照组相比,有明显改善,活血明目片组效果更佳;复明片组和活血明目片组治疗后,PSV和EDV指数与对照组相比均有所提升,活血明目片组指数更高,且两组的疗效均有很大提升,活血明目片组疗效更佳,差异均有统计学意义（P 〈0. 05）。结论：复明片以及活血明目片治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变患者都具有一定的效果,黄斑中心凹下脉络膜厚度以及黄斑区视网膜神经上皮厚度均有所下降,最佳矫正视力得到改善,PSV和EDV指数均有所提升,但活血明目片的效果更佳。

Objective： To investigate the changes of macular choroidal thickness of patients with diabetic retinopaty treated with Fuming Tablets and Huoxue Mingmu Tablets. Methods： Forty patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into the Fuming Tablets group and the Huoxue Mingmu Tablets group,20 cases in each group. Another 20 normal subjects were as control group. The control group and treatment groupsgiven hypoglycemic drugs combined with retinal laser photocoagulation. On the basis,the treatment group were treated with Fuming Tablets and Huoxue Mingmu Tablets. Before and after treatment,the patients＇ macular retinal neuroepithelial thickness and the best corrected visual acuity were recorded. We compared and analyzed the changes of choroidal macular retinal thickness. The foveal thickness and the best corrected visual acuity,hemodynamic parameters were compared. The distance of nasal posterior ciliary artery and the later effect were compared. Results：Fuming Tablets and Huoxue Mingmu Tablets groups＇ subfoveal choroidal thickness and macular retinal thickness were declinedcompared with those of the control group,but the thickness of the Huoxue Mingmu Tablets group was lower. The best corrected visual acuity was significantly improvedcompared with that of the control group and Huoxue Mingmu Tablets group＇s effect was better. PSV and EDV indexes were improvedcompared with those of the control group,but the Huoxue Mingmu Tablets group＇s index was higherand the efficacy of the two groups had greatly improved,but the efficacy of Huoxue Mingmu Tablets group was better. And the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The effect of Fuming Tablet and Huoxue Mingmu Tablets in the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy can make subfoveal choroidal thickness and macular retinal neuroepithelial thickness decrease,the best corrected visual acuity improve and PSV and EDV were improved,but Huoxue Mingmu Tablets have better effect.
