余姚市首次发现阿培依姆沙门菌的鉴定与分析

Identification and analysis of the first-found Salmonella Apeyeme in Yuyao

目的对余姚市首次检出的阿培依姆沙门菌进行生物学特性和流行病学特征研究,为沙门菌临床治疗和防治提供科学依据。方法对样本进行沙门菌增菌、分离培养、生化鉴定、血清分型、药敏试验和流行病学调查。结果该菌生化反应符合沙门菌属,符合率为98%,血清学分型鉴定为阿培依姆沙门菌。药敏试验发现对头孢唑林、头孢西丁、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、妥布霉素耐药。结论该沙门菌为罕见报道的阿培依姆沙门菌。沙门菌新菌型的检出和发现对该菌引起的疾病和公共卫生事件的防控有着重要意义。

Objective To study the biological and epidemiological characteristics of the first Salmonella Apeyeme isolated in Yuyao,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment and prevention. Methods The sample was conducted for enrichment culture,isolation,biochemical identification,serotyping,drug susceptibility test and epidemiological investigation.Results The biochemical reaction was consistent with Salmonella,and the accuracy rate was 98%. Serotyping suggested that the bacteria was Salmonella Apeyeme. The drug susceptibility test results showed that the strain was resistant to cefazolin,cefoxitin,amikacin,gentamicin,tobramycin. Conclusion This Salmonella is a rare Salmonella Apeimii. The detection and discovery of this new type of bacteria is of great significance for the prevention and control of diseases and public health events.
