摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对呼气冷凝液(EBC)中8-异构前列腺素(8-iso-PG)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法选取幽门螺杆菌感染患者100例为感染组;同时期健康体检者100例为对照组。比较2组8-iso-PG、IL-6、SOD、MDA的差异。结果 Hp感染组EBC中MDA、8-iso-PG、IL-6水平均高于对照组,SOD水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),FEV1预计值及FEV1/FVC比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染影响呼气冷凝液的炎症因子,对呼吸系统炎症存在潜在影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori( Hp) infection on 8-iso-prostane( 8-iso-PG),interleukin-6( il-6),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and malondialdehyde( MDA) in expiratory condensate( EBC). Methods 100 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection were selected as infection group and 100 healthy persons as control group. The differences of 8-iso-PG,IL-6,SOD and MDA were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of 8-iso-prostane,interleukin-6 and malondialdehyde in the infected group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group; superoxide dismutase was lower than that in healthy control group. The difference is statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). The levels of MDA,8-iso-PG and IL-6 in EBC of Hp-infected group were higher than those in the control group,and the SOD level was lower than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). There was no statistical significance on the difference of FEV1% predicted value and FEV1/FVC( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The inflammatory factors of Helicobacter pylori infection may have a potential effect on respiratory system inflammation.
