人工智能时代“工作”含义的哲学探析--兼论“软工作”的意义与“工作哲学”的兴起

"工作"对人的生存和发展具有十分重要的意义,在人工智能引发的社会问题中,对其可能取代人的工作从而使人沦为"无用阶级"是目前最令人担忧的后果。从技术进步必然带来新的分工之历史视野看,"软工作"将是人工智能时代人的工作新方式,是消除了工作与休闲二元分割且更具人性意义的新型工作形态,也使得工作的含义发生前所未有的新变化,并催生一种从高于具体科学视野对其审度和探析的"工作哲学",它将有助于我们自觉主动地设计和开发各种软工作形式,促进人工智能社会和谐有序地发展。

As ＂work＂ has a very important significance for the survival and development of human beings, among the social problems caused by artificial intelligence, the most worrying concern is that AI might replace people＇s work and reduce them to ＂useless class＂ . However, from the historical perspective that technological progress will inevitably bring about a new division of labor, ＂soft work＂ will be a new way of working in the era of AI and a new form of work that eliminates the binary division of work and leisure is more humane. This also brings about new and unprecedented changes in the meaning of work, and creates a ＂work philosophy＂ that examines and analyzes it from a higher-than-specific scientific perspective. It will help us to consciously and actively design and develop various types of soft work, which is expected to promote the harmonious and orderly development of the AI society.
