胃癌患者发病因素的相关性研究

Factors influencing the incidence of gastric cancer

目的探讨胃癌患者的饮食生活习惯、家族史及是否并发十二指肠溃疡与胃癌患者发病的相关性。方法选取2014年3月至2018年3月间陕西省富县人民医院收治的280例胃癌患者为研究组,另选取280例同期体检健康者为对照组。采用自制调查问卷收集受试者基本资料、生活习惯、家族史及是否并发十二指肠溃疡,比较两组受试者各项调查因素,采用Logistic多元回归分析法分析生活习惯、家族史及是否并发十二指肠溃疡与胃癌发生的关系。结果研究共回收有效问卷560份,回收率为100.0%。两组受试者在家族史、是否饮酒、吃饭时间、口味和十二指肠溃疡中比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,有家族史、饮酒、吃饭时间<15min、饮食偏咸、饮食偏辣、常吃腌制食品及合并十二指肠溃疡是胃癌发生的高危因素(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者发病可能与家族史、饮酒、吃饭时间<15min、饮食偏咸、饮食偏辣、常吃腌制食品及合并十二指肠溃疡有关。

Objective To investigate whether dietary habits, family history and complication of du- odenal ulcer were associated with the incidence of gastric cancer. Methods A total of 280 patients with gastric cancer treated at People＇s Hospital of Fu County between March 2014 and March 2018 were selected as the study group. Another 280 healthy patients who had physical examination were selected as the control group. Use a self-made questionnaire to collect basic data, lifestyle, family history, and whether there is duodenal ulcer. Logistic multiple regression analysis was used to analyze whether the patients＇ living habits, family history, and complication of duodenal ulcer were associated with gastric cancer. Results A total of 560 questionnaires were returned and the response rate was 100.0%. There was significant difference in family history, whether drinking or not, eating time, taste, and duodenal ulcer status between the two groups （ all P 〈 0. 05）. Logistic regression analysis showed a family history, drinking, eating time 〈 15 min, salty diet, spicy diet regular pickled foods, combined with duodenal ulcer were high risk factors for gastric cancer （ all P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Family history, drinking, eating time 〈 15 min, salty diet, spicy diet regular pickled foods, combined with duodenal ulcer may be related with the incidence of gastric cancer.
