中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病30例总结

Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for type 2 diabetes: A summary of 30 Cases

目的:观察二甲双胍联合养阴降浊汤治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用二甲双胍联合养阴降浊汤治疗,对照组单用二甲双胍治疗。比较2组综合疗效及血糖血脂水平。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为53.3%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血糖血脂各项观察指标及对照组FPG治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组各项观察指标治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合养阴降浊汤能有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖,改善血脂,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with Yangyin Jiangzhuo decoction in type 2 diabetes. Methods： Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group（ n =30） and control group（ n = 30）. The treatment group was treated with metformin combined with Yangyin Jiangzhuo decoction,and the control group was treated with metformin alone. The overall response rate and levels of blood glucose and blood lipid were compared between the two groups. Results： The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（ 86. 7% vs 53. 3%,P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the treatment group showed significant changes in the levels of blood glucose and lipids（ P〈0. 05）,and the control group showed a significant change in fasting plasma glucose（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Metformin combined with Yangyin Jiangzhuo decoction can effectively reduce blood glucose and improve blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes; therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
