基于混杂系统模型的BUCK变换器的设计

摘要 传统DC/DC变换器建模过程中进行了较多近似且计算量较大。本文对混杂系统的概念和模型作了一个系统的介绍,对其内部结构进行了逐个分析说明,基于混杂系统模型,对Buck型变换器和开关控制器进行建模,可以完整准确地描述Buck变换器的动态过程,全面分析系统稳定性,通过调整控制参数和控制策略,把变换器的连续过程和离散切换过程进行统一控制,完成纹波特性理想的直流开关电源的设计。用MATLAB仿真工具对建立的模型进行验证,给出了从24V到12V的降压变换器的特性仿真曲线,从而证明了这种设计方法的有效性。 In the modeling process of traditional DC/DC converters, many approximations are made and the amount of calculation is large. In this paper, the concept and model of the hybrid system are introduced systematically. The internal structure of the hybrid system is analyzed and illustrated. the Buck converter and switch controller can be modeled based on the hybrid system model, Which can completely and accurately describe the dynamic process of the Buck converter and comprehensively analyze system stability, The dynamic process of the device, comprehensive analysis of system stability, through the adjustment of control parameters and control strategies, the continuous control of the converter and the discrete switching process are controlled, and the design of the DC switching power supply with perfect ripple characteristics is completed. The established model was verified by MATLAB simulation tool, and the characteristic simulation curve of the buck converter from 24 V to 12 V is given, which proved the effectiveness of this design method.
