计算机电源中高压三极管对过功率保护(OPP)的影响研究

通过对计算机电源过功率保护(OPP)的工作原理分析,找出影响OPP的主要因素——高压三极管的开关参数,进而通过对高压三极管工艺控制调整开关参数,最终实现控制整机OPP的目的,最终效果经过整机测试验证。

Based on the analysis of the working principle of the over-power protection of computer power supply, the switching parameters of the high-voltage transistor, which is the main factor affecting the OPP are found out, and the switching parameters are adjusted by controlling the process of the high-voltage transistor. Finally, the purpose of controlling the whole machine OPP is realized, and the final effect is verified by the whole machine test.
