Reflections on Translation Teacher Training in China: Retrospect and Prospect

摘要 我国高校开设BTI和MTI专业已有十年时间,翻译教育取得了长足发展,但也面临诸多挑战,翻译师资建设的问题尤为明显。基于2018年5月在贵州师范大学举办的"翻译研究战略论坛(2018)"的主旨发言和报告,本文以我国翻译师资建设的十年回顾和十年展望为脉络,从对翻译师资培训模式的反思、翻译专业师资建设的理论思考、翻译专业教育理念的探讨和我国翻译师资培训的展望等几个方面展开论述,对我国翻译师资建设的历程进行总结,并对新时代翻译师资建设的方向进行展望。 It has been ten years since the establishment of BTI and MTI in China. While translation education is making great progress,it is also facing many challenges,and a lack of qualified teachers is the bottleneck. Based on the messages from"The Strategic Forum on Translation Studies 2018"held in Guizhou Normal University in May 2018,this paper investigates the development of teachers of translation in China from a variety of perspectives,such as the reflection of training methods,the training of translation teachers,the assessment for translation speciality,and the long term plan for nurturing translation teachers,with the aim of summarizing the history of training translation teachers in China and facilitating the development of the teachers in fufure.
