社区可持续视角下我国城中村的保护与更新研究——以西安为例

Conservation and Regeneration of Urban Villages in China from the Perspective of Community Sustainability——Case Studies in Xi'an

文章以西安市五个典型城中村为例,从社区可持续的理论视角,探讨了城中村"社区公共空间体验""邻里关系"和"居民个人属性"之间的密切关联。研究首先通过实地踏勘和问卷调查的方式,收集有关数据;然后基于SPSS统计分析软件,对数据进行相关性与逐步多元回归分析;最后基于分析结果,讨论了影响"社区公共空间体验"与"邻里关系"的主要因素,并从社区可持续性视角对我国城中村的保护与更新实践提出若干建议。

Taking five urban villages in Xi＇an as examples and from the perspective of community sustainability, this paper probed the relationships among community experiences in public spaces, neighborhood relationships, as well as resident＇ s individual features. This study first collected relevant data through field observation and questionnaire survey. Second, SPSS statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data by correlation and multiple regression analysis. Finally, based on the analysis results, the paper discussed the main factors affecting community experiences in public spaces and neighborhood relationships. Some constructive suggestions were put forth regarding the conservation and regeneration of the urban villages in China.
