杭州城西科创大走廊“互联网+”新兴产业园区空间形态对比研究——以阿里巴巴西溪园区、海创园首期与梦想小镇为例

Comparative Study on the Spatial Form of "Internet +" Emerging Industrial Parks in Hangzhou West Innovation Corridor——Taking Xixi Park of Alibaba, the First Phase of ZOTP and Dream Town as Examples

随着"互联网+"新兴产业的崛起,"互联网+"小规模且灵活的办公方式使得现有的产业园区模式面临巨大挑战。杭州城西科创大走廊实践中已出现启发性的产业园区混合模式探索,其中包含单一企业巨型园区、中小企业孵化园区、"特色小镇"等模式萌芽。文章借助城市设计相关理论与使用后评价相关方法,选取大走廊中阿里巴巴西溪园区、海创园首期与梦想小镇作为案例,分析三园区空间形态特质,并总结三园区中对未来办公有积极意义的空间特质,以期为未来办公园区模式探索提供有价值的借鉴。

With the rise of ＂lnternet＋＂ industries, the small and flexible office mode greatly challenges the industrial park mode. Industrial parks of different sizes are showing up in Hangzhou West Innovation Corridor, such as giant industrial park of single enterprise, incubation space of small and medium- sized enterprises, ＂ the Characteristic Town ＂ and so on. With the help of related theories of urban design and related methods of Post-occupancy Evaluation, the paper selects three typical park cases, Xixi park of Alibaba, ZOTP and Dream Town as the research samples, to objectively evaluate the three park and sum up characteristics of spatial form of the case parks, in order to adapt to the needs of future ＂lnternet ＋＂ industry.
