浅析新时代下城市无意义空间中的历史建筑更新及再利用方式——以武汉大智门火车站为例

The Renewal and Reuse of Historical Buildings in the Meaningless Space of the City in the New Era——In Wuhan the Dazhimen Train Station as an Example

在城市发展的进程中,以核心建筑物或建筑群为核心,会放射状形成建筑功能群或功能区以承担社会意义或社会意义层面的需求。当社会更迭,建筑本身失去了社会功能,其周围地区也会无法避免地产生功能性衰退,失去了场所层面的意义。其公共空间就会日益萧条,形成建筑和空间之间的恶性循环,最终沦落为城市社会意义价值低下的无意义空间。文章以案例梳理和调研结合的方法,以武汉地区的大智门火车站为例,分析社会功能更迭的时代车轮下,社会意义价值低下的无意义空间的相关问题及其改造再利用可行性方案。

In the process of urban development, taking the core buildings or buildings as the core, the building function groups or functional areas will be formed radially to meet the needs of social meaning or social significance. When the society changes, the building itself loses its social function, and the surrounding area wilt inevitably produce the functional decline and lose the meaning of the place level. Its public space will depress day by day, forming a vicious circle between architecture and space, and finally degenerating into a meaningless space with low social value. In this paper, with the method of case combing and investigation, taking Dazhimen railway station in Wuhan area as a case, the paper analyzes the changing social function under the wheel of the times. Problems related to meaningless space with low social significance and feasibility scheme of reusing and reusing.
