基于行为学理论的工业遗存改造中空间活力再造策略研究——以福州怡山文创园为例

The Study of Revitalization Strategy of the Spatial Vitality in the Renewal of Industrial Heritages Based on Behavior Theory——Take Fuzhou Yishan Creative Industry Park for Instance

文章对福州工业遗存改造项目的建筑空间进行了调研,结合行为学理论对空间活力的再造策略进行研究,从使用者行为出发,探索真正符合使用需求、吸引使用者前往和停留的公共空间设计,并从空间层次多样性、交往空间和空间开放性等方面对空间活力的再造策略进行了归纳与总结。

This article researches on the spatial vitality in the renewal projects of industrial heritages and studies the revitalization strategy of the spatial vitality based on the behavior theory. From the aspect of the users, this article aims to explore a way of public space design that can actually meet users＇ needs and attract users to come and stay. The strategy of spatial vitality revitalization is concluded from the aspacts of the variety of spatial level, the communication space and the openness of the space.
