演进视角下特色小镇的发展模式辨析与规划理性思考

Pattern Analysis and Rational Thinking of Characteristic Town Based on the Perspective of Evolution

近两年,"特色小镇"成了发展的热词。从目前研究生态来看,案例解读、规划设计成为研究重点,而内涵实质及科学性则缺少深度的探讨。文章从特色小镇的源流出发,归纳了其三大阶段的演进特征,重点对浙江及全国特色小镇的推广逻辑、创新性、科学性做了深入的探讨。研究认为,浙江模式的创新体现在空间载体、建设维度、文化理念三大方面,其发展是新语境下传统城镇发展模式的特化。而全国模式则是沿承浙江经验,回归传统内核。规划工作者应认识到其中的过热与盲目,并为市场提供更多理性的思考。

Throughout existing research, case study and planning cohesion rather than scientificity discussion have become the focus of characteristic town. Based on this, the features of three stages of characteristic town are summed up. The result shows that the innovation of Zhejiang mode is embodied in three aspects： space carrier, construction dimension and new concept. Its essence is the specialization under the new background. In addition, national model can be described as following the experience of Zhejiang while returning to traditional kernel. More rational thinking should be provided to the market.
