摘要
通过运用萨提亚家庭治疗模式对一例因自卑导致考试焦虑、学业不良的大学生进行了咨询,咨询后求助者的自信心提升、考试焦虑症状减轻,成绩明显改善,人际关系好转,咨询达到预期效果。实践证明大学生考试焦虑表象的背后经常与心理情结有关,例如自卑情结,而萨提亚家庭治疗模式对于此类因自卑情结导致的考试焦虑、学业不良的咨询是有效的。
The case was executed by Satir family therapeutic mode for an inquiry on a student who suffers from examination anxiety and mal-academic grades caused by selfabasement,after the inquiry,the caller′s confidence was promoted obviously,symptom of examination anxiety was lessened,academic achievement was transparently improved and interpersonal relationship was also turning favorably——the inquiry attained expected outcome.The practice indicated that the cause of students′exam anxiety is often concerned with psychological complex,such a s self-abasement,While Satir mode proves effective for such inquiry of exam anxiety and mal-academic grades caused by self-abasement.
