摘要
目的:探讨健步走和广场舞对中年女性健康体适能及心理健康指标的影响效果。方法:通过问卷调查法选取86名中年女性(50~59岁)为研究对象,其中规律性健步走锻炼者23人、规律性广场舞锻炼者28人、无规律性练习者25人。采用测试仪器和SCL-90量表分别测试受试者健康体适能和心理健康相关指标值。结果:健步走组和广场舞组的健康体适能及心理健康各项指标均优于对照组,且具有非常显著差异(P﹤0. 01);广场舞组的健康体适能及心理健康各项指标均优于健步走组,且具有显著差异(P﹤0. 05)。结论:健步走组和广场舞组均可提高中年女性健康体适能及心理健康,且广场舞组的效果要优于健步走组。
Objective : To explore the effects of walking and square dancing on physical fitness and men- tal health of middle - aged women. Methods : Through questionnaire survey, 86 middle - aged women (50-59 years old) were selected as subjects, among which 23 were regular walkers, 28 were regular square dancers and 25 were irregular exercisers. The subjects' physical fitness and mental health relat- ed indicators were tested using the test instrument and the SCL -90 scale. Results: The physical fitness and mental health indexes of the walking group and the square dance group were superior to those of the control group, with significant differences( P 〈 0. 01 ). The physical fitness and mental health indica- tors of the square exercise group were better than those of the walking group, with significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Both the walking group and the square exercise group can improve the physical fitness and mental health of middle - aged women, and the square exercise effect is better than the walking group
