应用CQI管理模式对腹膜透析患者营养状况的影响

摘要 目的探讨应用持续质量改进(CQI)管理模式对腹膜透析患者营养状况的影响。方法选取腹膜透析患者388例作为研究对象,应用CQI管理模式,根据PDCA循环管理办法,成立CQI质控小组并对医护人员进行培训,确定患者营养观察及评估指标,分析患者出现营养不良的原因,制定相应的干预措施及处理流程,循序渐进地提高患者营养指标。结果 388例患者应用1年CQI管理模式后,血清白蛋白水平及达标率、主观综合性营养评估(SGA)的分值均显著提高;血红蛋白和BMI达标率也有所提高。结论应用CQI管理模式可以提高腹膜透析患者的营养水平,改善患者的生活质量。
