摘要
本文从镍基复合材料制备的角度出发,综述了各种颗粒增强镍基复合材料的制备方法,介绍了各种颗粒增强镍基复合材料的组织特点,报道了相关颗粒增强镍基复合材料的力学性能,并对不同工艺下镍基复合材料的优缺点进行了介绍。
The category of metal matrix composites increased significantly in the past decades.Quite a few synthesized methods for metal matrix composites have been developed.Strengthening nickel superalloy with ceramic particles is a potential method to improve the properties of matrix,which is a beneficial supplement for superalloys.The developed synthesis methods for nickel based composite have been introduced in this paper.The microstructures of various nickel based composite materials were introduced.The mechanical properties of the nickel based composites were reported and the advantages and disadvantages of different synthesis methods have been discussed.
