聚合物热电复合材料的研究进展

摘要 本文综述了碳纳米材料/聚合物、半导体合金/聚合物、金属纳米粒子/聚合物以及聚合物/聚合物等热电复合材料的研究进展。简要分析了热电复合材料的性能提升机理及现有材料尚存在的问题,并指出了聚合物热电复合材料今后的发展方向。 Fabrication of thermoelectric composites by incorporating electrical conductive nano-fillers with high Seebeck coefficient into polymer matrix with intrinsic low thermal conductivity has become a new direction in thermoelectrics.The performance of thermoelectric materials can be increased through introducing phonon-scattering-effect and energy-filtration-effect at the interface of composites.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of thermoelectric composites including carbon nano-materials/polymer,semi-conductor alloys/polymer, metalic nano-particles/polymer and polymer/polymer. The mechanism in properties enhancement and the existing problem of these composites were simply analyzed.Meanwhile,the developing direction of the polymer-based thermoelectric composites was proposed.
