摘要
针对传统印染行业工艺落后、能耗大、污染严重、成本高、环保压力大等问题,文中介绍了针织物平幅精练除油水洗工艺;染色机的升级改造、低浴比染缸、染缸的涂层保温、染色冷凝水及冷却水回用;定形机的升级改造、定形机废气净化与热能回收利用等方法,为节能减排新技术提供参考依据。
In view of the problems of traditional dyeing and finishing process, such as backwardness, high energy consumption, serious pollution, .high cost and high environmental pressure, the paper introduced the flat degreasing and washing process of chemical fiber knitted fabrics. Through the upgrading of dyeing machine, the low bath ratio dyeing tank, the coating to keep temperature of dyeing cylinder, dyeing condensate, the reuse of condensed and cooling water; the upgrading, purification of waste gas and recycling of heat energy of heat setting machine, it achieved the goal of reducing emissions and increasing efficiency.
